Judy McReynolds Biography and Net Worth

Judy R. McReynolds is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of ArcBest®, responsible for managing the multibillion-dollar logistics solutions company, which includes the brands ArcBest, ABF Freight®, Panther Premium Logistics®, FleetNet America® and U-Pack®.

Since 2010, Judy also has held the post of Director of ArcBest Corporation and is the only member of the company’s senior management who serves on the board. In 2016, Judy was elected as Chairman of the Board of ArcBest Corporation.

She has over 30 years of logistics and transportation industry experience, including 23 years at ArcBest.

During her tenure, Judy has built upon ABF Freight’s 97-year-old less-than-truckload roots and diversified ArcBest into a leading logistics company whose mission is to connect and positively impact the world through solving logistics challenges. She has evolved ArcBest’s strategic focus to produce long-term value with the company’s creative problem solvers by building informed, trusted, innovative relationships with shippers and capacity providers and delivering a best-in-class experience efficiently through their desired channels.

Judy serves on numerous outside boards including OGE Energy Corp., First Bank Corp. and First National Bank of Fort Smith. She serves on the Arkansas Innovation Council as appointed by Governor Asa Hutchinson, and also serves on the Dean’s Executive Advisory Board of the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas and the Brandon Burlsworth Foundation Board. She is current chair of the American Transportation Research Institute board, and a member of the American Trucking Associations Board of Directors and Executive Committee. A Certified Public Accountant, Judy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Oklahoma.

Judy and her husband, Lance, who is an active Fort Smith community volunteer, have two grown sons.
