Mr. Evans is the President of Evans Capital, a private investment fund he founded in 2019, which is focused on early and growth stage venture capital investments in technology and health care industry companies. He also continues to be affiliated with Summit Partners, a growth equity and venture capital focused alternative investment firm with more than $20 billion in capital under management. Mr. Evans has served in various roles with Summit Partners, since 1986, and is currently a Senior Advisor to the firm.  From January 2018 to March 2019, he served as Chairman of Summit Partners’ Board and Senior Advisor to the firm. From 2011 to December 2017, he served as Managing Director and Chairman of Summit Partners' Board.
