Lindgren holds a bachelor's degree in business from Eastern Illinois and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Illinois-Springfield, a certificate in Nuclear Reactor Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and completed the Advanced Management Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
