Ann Mather is an English business executive who serves on the boards of numerous companies in the media and technology space, including Netflix, Alphabet, Bumble, Arista Networks, and Airbnb. 

Following her graduation from Cambridge University, Mather began her career at the auditing firm KPMG. She then held a variety of executive finance roles at companies such as Paramount Pictures, the Walt Disney Company, Pixar Animation Studios, Ralph Lauren, Metlife Alico Mutual Fund Management, and Village Roadshow Pictures. 

After leaving her position as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Pixar in 2004, Mather joined Google’s board, and those of other public and private companies, including Glu Mobile, MGM Studios, Moneygram, and Shutterfly. Mather was the first woman to be named to Airbnb’s board in 2018.

Mather received her M.A. in geography and land economy from Cambridge. She is a chartered accountant.
