Vincent R. Ciruzzi is Chief Development Officer for Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. Mr. Ciruzzi previously served as a Senior Vice President, Construction and Development, from June 2000 to October 2015, Vice President from September 1996 to June 2000, and was an active participant in the company's initial public offering (IPO) in May of 1997. Since Alexandria's IPO, Mr. Ciruzzi has been responsible for the company's domestic and international construction and development operations and services platform. From 1986 to 1993, Mr. Ciruzzi served as Project Manager for Home Capital Development Group, a real estate development company, where he specialized in project management of master planned communities, including the management of a 2,600-acre mixed-use community, as well as other real estate development opportunities. Mr. Ciruzzi received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Southern California.
