Ms. Mather also serves on the board of directors of Alphabet Inc. (the successor issuer to, and parent holding company of, Google, Inc.), a global technology company, where she is chair of their audit committee; Glu Mobile Inc., a publisher of mobile games; and Netflix, Inc., an internet subscription service for movies and television shows. She is also an independent trustee to the Dodge & Cox Funds board of trustees. Ms. Mather served on the board of directors of Shutterfly, Inc., an Internet-based image publishing service, from May 2013 to September 2019; and as the lead independent director of MGM Holdings Inc. from December 2010 to July 2019. Ms. Mather holds an M.A. degree from Cambridge University.
