Harry Wolin Biography and Net Worth

Harry Wolin is the senior vice president, secretary and general counsel for Advanced Micro Devices and the managing director of AMD Ventures LLC (a subsidiary of Advanced Micro Devices). 

In his current roles, Wolin is responsible for AMD’s legal matters, global trade compliance, corporate strategy, and corporate investigations and public affairs. He has been in this leadership position since 2003. Before taking the position of general counsel for the company, Wolin served as VP for intellectual property. 

Prior to AMD, Wolin was with Motorola for 12 years, where he most recently served as VP and director of legal affairs. 

In 2008, he was recognized with the Texas General Counsel Forum’s Magna Stella Award for Innovative Management. He is a member of the state bars in both Arizona and Texas, and he is registered to practice in front of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. 

Wolin earned his B.S. in chemistry at the University of Arizona and his J.D. at Arizona State University.
