Yinan Xiang began serving as an ACM director in November 2017, upon ACM’s completion of its initial public offering. Ms. Xiang has been a General Manager of Shanghai S&T Venture Capital (Group) Co. Ltd., or SSTVC, since October 2016, after serving as Manager of the Project Investment Department of SSTVC from September 2014 to September 2016. From February 2012 to August 2014, Ms. Xiang was a Manager of Invest Department II of Shanghai Science and Technology Venture Capital Co., Ltd. Ms. Xiang received a Bachelor degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She was appointed to the board pursuant to a voting agreement between ACM and SSTVC.
