Terry Lee Burman is Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Burman has served as a director of Tuesday Morning Corporation, a closeout retailer of upscale decorative home accessories, housewares, seasonal goods and famous-maker gifts in the United States, since 2013 and as its Chairman of the Board since December 2015. He has been a director of Learning Care Group, a privately-held company operating over 900 learning and daycare centers in the United States, since July 2014. He has been a board member of the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Board of Governors since July 2004 and served as Chairman of the Board rom July 2013 to June 2015. Mr. Burman has served as a board member of ALSAC, the fundraising organization of St. Jude, since July 2004. He has served on the Board of Trustees of the Norman Rockwell Museum since September 2016.
